YEMA Diver

Description

Inspired by dive watches from the late ’50s and early ’60s, the YEMA Diver features a classic design with a few distinctive elements, such as a skin diver dial, broad arrow hands, a Monnin-inspired case and a double-dome sapphire crystal which add to the overall vintage aesthetic. Equipped with YEMA’s in-house automatic caliber YEMA2000 and a screw-down crown, the YEMA Diver is waterproof to 200 metres and combines rugged functionality while offering a nod to modern vintage enthusiasts.

The hour hand is short and stout while the minute hand is longer, extending well beyond the hour markers for easy reading. The sweep second hand features a rectangular pip filled with Super-Luminova®.

The 316L stainless steel case with its brushed finish has a slightly chunky, but not too thick profile featuring prominent crown guards with polished oversized chamfers to create a reflective, high-contrast edge highlighting the transition between surfaces and adding depth and dimension to the case. The 20mm lugs are round shaped and wide with no sharp bevels. This utilitarian and elegant case design with its flat profile sits low on the wrist..

The new 316L stainless steel bracelet features a set of central links that are set closely together, creating a grains of rice pattern. The bracelet comes with a double security buckle and a diver’s extension for easy and quick adjustment over a diving suit.
